About the Attorney
Robert W. Hensley is a 1976 graduate of the University of Alabama, with a Bachelors of Arts. Before law school, he worked as a Landman negotiating and purchasing oil and gas leases from Texas to Alabama. He is a 1987 graduate of Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama, and has been engaged in the active practice of law since 1987. He has been admitted to practice in West Virginia and Alabama. He has tried cases in Federal Court and in numerous State Circuit Courts through out Alabama. He is experienced in representing clients, dealing with cell tower companies, and negotiating leases, amendments, sale of perpetual easements and fee simple sales.
